Privacy notice for UK customers

The data we hold

Our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Our host keeps routine server logs (for example IP address and browser) to run and protect the site.

If you get in touch or sell to us, we hold:

• Your WhatsApp number, Telegram username or email address
• Details of the voucher or card, and the PIN or code once you accept a quote
• Where to pay you: a PayPal email address or a crypto wallet address and network

Why we use it

To quote you and carry out the exchange you asked for (contract), to prevent fraud and keep our service secure (legitimate interests), and to meet record-keeping duties (legal obligation). We never sell your data or use it for marketing.

Who we share it with

Your messages are carried by WhatsApp, Telegram or your email provider. PayPal processes PayPal payouts; crypto payouts are recorded on a public blockchain. Codes are redeemed with the issuing brand. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as needed to finish the exchange, deal with any dispute and meet anti-fraud and record-keeping requirements. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use or ask us to restrict it. Email akyakapro@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
