What to include in your first message
A complete first message gets you a quote without back-and-forth. You never need to send the full code to ask a question.
- The brand and card type, for example Apple Gift Card or Razer Gold Global PIN
- The issuing country and currency
- The value, and how many cards if you have several
- How you would like to be paid: PayPal or crypto (with coin and network)
Help with an exchange in progress
Reply in the same WhatsApp or Telegram conversation where you received your quote. That thread holds the agreed amount, payout method and any fees, so we can pick up exactly where you left off.
If you are writing from a different number or account, include the date of the original conversation and the card brand so we can find it.
Questions we cannot answer
We cannot check balances on cards you have not offered to us, unlock accounts on Apple, Razer, Steam or other platforms, or reverse a purchase you made with a retailer. For those, contact the issuer directly.
01Is WhatsApp the only way to sell?
No. WhatsApp is the quickest, but you can request a quote and complete an exchange on Telegram as well. Email is best for longer questions and privacy requests.
02How do I know I am talking to Epinswap?
Use only the WhatsApp number, Telegram username @epintakas and email address shown on this page. We never message first asking you to buy gift cards.
03Can I get help in another language?
